The one in the container is dead and I think it could be dehydrated or at the start it didn't het enough water

The seed on the cotton wool is not growing it just gets more softer and a darker colour.

Exploring seeds

The process of soaking the seeds was the first step in the germination of a seed. A seed starts to germinate by sending roots down into the soil and a shoot up towards the sunlight.

What are the differences between the seeds?
The soaked seeds are soft and some split and all of them was basically lumpy and stinks
The dryed ones are hard and can hardly break or cut open

What do you think caused the differences?
I think it was something to do with germantionfrom soaking the seeds in water
And the dryed ones did nothing
